Another whirlwind SXSW adventure in Austin has come and gone. I'm glad I took as many photos as I did so I can piece it all back together in my brain. Just like everyone else, we saw some amazing music, ate some great food, and wore ourselves out. These are but a handful of some of my favorite pics from the weekend. Many many more can be found on my Flickr Here we go!
We saw People Under the Stairs. Hands down some of my favorite dudes to see live...
Followed by Solillaquists of Sound...that's 3 MPCs there. Yep...playing it with his face...
Oh....three steps down the street....it's Mayer Hawthorne playing at the Levi's Fader Fort!
good thing Belk ""drank 11 Red Bulls that day....""
Flatstock brought this woman together with her poster doppelganger and she couldnt have been more excited...
Friday evening and time to hit the streets again...Raphael Saadiq, Smokey Robinson, Breakestra, and Tobacco...all in about 3 hours...whew...
wow. what a night....
Saturday found us a bit chilly...Jodi G. and our dear friend Laura shared my coat. adorable.
It was well worth the wait in the cold to wind up front row for Cut Chemist, DJ Jazzy Jeff, and Mos Def. Whoa.
and those dudes know how to rock a party....
Big thanks to everyone who made this year great! Again, check out the full set of photos on Flickr
